Water Extraction in Commercial Men’s Bathroom

We were called to this office building in Glen Burnie late on a Tuesday night. They had experienced a flood due to a broken pipe, in the wall of the building. 

The plumbers had yet to arrive since it was well after midnight. Since the water had to be stopped for our services to be successful the building maintenance team shut off the water supply to the building to stop the flow of water. Although the damage was caused by clean water and should have been a quick and easy clean up, the amount of water present forced the technician and his team to stay much longer than anticipated.
