Blessing in Disguise

This water damager required all types of skills. First a little background, this homeowner had lived in the home for over 50 years. He raised his children there and retained a lot of their belongings when they went off to make their own homes. 

So, the first thing we had to address was the semi hoarder situation in the basement of the home.  Luckily this homeowner had no problem allowing us to remove the belongings that had been affected by the sewage that had backed up in the basement. Once the content was removed, which was a herculean task on its own, the affected material was removed, and the drying could begin. As this job drew to a close the homeowner was more than delighted at the amount of open space he now had in his basement. Its not often a sewage damage is looked upon as a blessing, but this homeowner was totally pleased to rid his home of these items.
