Unattended water Damage Causes Mold

When we arrived at this job site we found that water had leaked in through this door for quite some time.  The flooring was still damp and the distinct musty smell that occurs when something is wet for a while was present. We found that by the time the customer called us to have a look there was mold growing under the carpet and the flooring needed to come out.  We removed the carpet squares, treated the visible mold and dried out the area out. Luckily the entire floor did not get wet just the area closest to the door.
